Sorry, in order to keep costs and prices down, we do not offer a printed catalogue. However, our entire product line is available on line and you can find our products Canada-wide in specialty children's stores and boutiques. Please view our Retail Stores listing for a store near you. (Note: not all stores carry all products). Yes, we are required to charge the following taxes:

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can change or cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, please refer to our return & exchange policy page for further information.

Do I have to use a credit card to purchase from you?
No, we do accept Canadian Money Orders and Canadian personal checks, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Please note, if paying by check, orders may be held for up to 14 days for bank clearance.

When do you ship your products?
All in-stock products will be shipped in 3 - 4 business days, except during the busy Christmas period, this may double.

Can you send gifts on my behalf and do you offer a gift wrap service?
Yes, we do offer both services. Please let us know if your purchase is a gift, so we can ship it directly to to recipient. Indicate on your order form that the Ship To address is different than the Bill To address, then fill out the Ship To address of the recipient. For an additional $ 3.00 we will gift wrap your purchase and include a gift enclosure card. Please e-mail us with your special message.
